Every invoice generates a unique, cryptographically random secret token. You can send this secret URL to clients, allowing them to view and print the invoice online without logging in.
Can closed invoices be edited?
No. Closed invoices freeze rates and store immutable PDF snapshots. Reopening an invoice requires a mandatory logged audit reason and user timestamp.
Do internal notes appear on client PDFs?
